In accordance with the requirements of the Geographical Names Board of NSW, the Roads Act 1993 and Roads (General) Regulation 2008, MidCoast Council proposes that the newly constructed private road part of development 214/2013/DA at 1 The Fairway, Tallwoods Village be named Signature Close.
