In accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 (Part 9, division 2) and the Roads Regulation 2008 (Part 6), it is hereby notified that MidCoast Council proposes to issue a Public Gate Permit to Silknote Pty Ltd of Lot 147 DP754421, Khatambuhl, for the installation of a Public Gate (comprising a stock grid & gate) on Khatambuhl Creek Road Khatambuhl, at a location being 5.5 kilometres from the commencement of Khatambuhl Creek Road, Khatambuhl.
