In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 & Roads Act 1993, Mid-Coast Council gives notice of its intention to the following leases and/or licence for the term specified.
Manning River Concert Band – R90092 - Lot 236 DP754449 River Street, Taree NSW 2430 for the purpose of band activities. Lease to commence 1 December 2024 for five (5) years.
Any feedback regarding the granting of these lease agreements may be made in writing to Council and lodged with the General Manager on or before 7 February 2025. Further information on any proposal can be obtained from Councils Property Officers.
