Nicole grew up on the Central Coast, spent time in Sydney and Maitland, and now proudly calls the MidCoast and Worimi Country home. Since moving to Wootton in 2021 with her husband, she has been active in the community, serving as President of the Wootton Community Network and is a regular at the Nabiac Farmers Market.

With over 20 years of experience in communications and community engagement, Nicole has worked across nearly a dozen state government agencies, including Service NSW, Planning & Environment and Transport for NSW. She has 15 years in the work health and safety industry including senior roles within the NSW Safety Regulators, Workers Compensation insurer and the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office.

As a Psychosocial Safety Consultant, Nicole is dedicated to helping workplaces prevent and manage conflict, bullying, and harassment, while improving leadership and culture. She is Mental Health First Aid certified, hosts the Under the Rug at Work podcast and winner of the 2023 and 2024 Most Empowering Founder at the Influential Businesswomen Awards (Australia).
