Unreasonable Conduct by a Complainant Policy

MidCoast Council’s Unreasonable Conduct by a Complainant Policy has been based on the Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Model Policy by the NSW Ombudsman.
The Model Policy was developed to clarify the Ombudsman policy recommendations in relation to the management of unreasonable complainant conduct (UCC).
