Gloucester Sewage Treatment Plant

Environment Protection Licence #721
The Gloucester sewage treatment plant Environment Protection Licence (#721) specifies concentration limits for specific water quality parameters from treated effluent prior to discharge. These limits are not to be exceeded throughout the licence period occurring annually from the 1st of December.

 

Biological oxygen demand (BOD), total suspended solids (TSS), ammonia and total nitrogen (TN) are monitored monthly as a requirement of the licence. The relevant concentration limits are listed in table 1.
