Pebbly Beach Park (Bicentennial Park)

Pebbly Beach Playground

Nestled between Second Head and Frewin's Lookout, is 850m of foreshore walking tracks set amongst 20,000 sq meters of flat open reserve.  There are 2 distinct swimming area being Pebbly Beach and The Tanks. The tanks, with their unique rock formations, offer great snorkelling opportunities as well as a small inlet for swimming.

The outdoor learning centre can also be found here.  With direct access from Head Street, and seating available, this is Forster's most booked space for weddings.

The paved footpath offers the sense of walking down an 'aisle'.  At the end of the aisle is a raised platform where you can stand, looking out onto your guests and the magnificent Pacific Ocean in the background.

At the other end of the park is a playground, picnic shelters, BBQ's and public amenities.  Forster Parkrun is also held her each Saturday.

A good spot for whale watching you maybe be lucky enough to capture one breaching in the background.

This park is also used for weddings, family get-togethers and community events such at Cinema Under the Stars.
