Number One Beach Reserve

Number One beach is located opposite the caravan park and is the first beach as you drive into the village of Seal Rocks.  
 
The beach is 1.3 km long and curves round to face the northeast against the southern rocks.  
There is a carpark at the southern end together with public amenities and a dump point.  
The beach receives considerable protection from the point and waves average 1 m which makes this beach extremely popular for surf schools.

The beach is unpatrolled with no life saving services.

Remediation work on the reserve was concluded in late 2024 to include grassed picnic area with tables, new pathways, and beach accessways and new shower area.
