Myall Parks Sports Reserve is utilised for rugby league and rugby union during winter and comprises of 1 full size football field. This is the home ground of Myall River Junior Rugby League Football Club and Tea Gardens Hawks Rugby League Football Club. Myall Coast Rugby Union also uses this ground. Floodlights are available as well as an amenities building.
During summer the field is configured for athletics running track. There is also is a throw cage and jumping pits. Myall Coast Little Athletics Centre operates from this park.
Myall Park Tennis Club and Myall Park Croquet Club are also situated at this site and are individually managed by their own committees. To book either of these please contact the individual clubs.
As well as the sports being played here the park is also home of the annual Motor Fest.
