The Billabong Park Footbridge will be replaced over the coming months. Access will be restricted during this time.

The playground area will also be closed from 24 March as the softfall around the playground will also be replaced, with the intention of completion in time for the Easter school holidays.

Located in the CBD area of town the park is divided into 2 separate areas by a suspension bridge. You can sit, relax, have a bite to eat and recharge utilising the many picnic and BBQ areas or go for a walk taking in the beautiful gardens and features.

Billabong Park is used for many community events including farmers markets, festivals and movie nights as well as private functions such as wedding ceremonies and family get-togethers.

The skatepark, consists of a concrete bowl about 5ft deep with trannies, small concrete fun box with a low rail.
