Named after a local volunteer family who spent countless hours mowing and 'taking care' of the park. Council's off-leash dog park is located at this site which allows both dogs and owners the ability to mingle and meet in a convenient and safe area.
The park is divided into 3 areas. . The larger area offers dog agility exercise stations and as well as an area where dogs can run and chase balls and release pent up energy when dogs are confined to small areas.
There are also 2 small fenced area’s available. Small training area No 1 is a secure area for dog owners whose dogs require a bit more control or separation from larger dogs and Small training area no 2 is for dog training and dog obedience schools with confirmed bookings.
