Bennetts Beach / Hawks Nest Beach

Bennetts Beach, also known as Hawks Nest Beach, runs a distance of 14.3 km from Seal Rocks to the north and Yacaaba to the south.

Black Head Back Beach and Flora Reserve

This beach is also known as Diamond Reef Beach and has a car park at either end. 4WD beach access. Many people book this area for small wedding ceremonies.

Black Head Beach & Ocean Baths

Black Head Beach is regarded as one of the best swimming beaches in the Manning Valley. It features large shady Norfolk Island pines, an ocean pool, picnic areas, and bbq's. This area is fantastic for weddings.

Blueys Beach

Located north of Boomerang Beach, Blueys Beach is perfect for surfing and swimming.

Boat Beach

Boat Beach at Seal Rocks is framed by headlands, spectacular rocky outcrops and a steep house peppered mainland. The beach here is nearly always quite flat and suitable for families.

Boomerang Beach and Beach Reserve

This popular surf beach is the host of many national surf competitions. 1200m in length. Various access points off Beach Road. Both ends of the beach have public toilets and outdoor showers.

Burgess Beach Reserve

Located along Forster's Headland, this beautiful spot is ideal for your wedding ceremony. There is also a viewing platform.
This beach is unpatrolled and access to the beach is via a set of step stairs.

Collendina Park

Situated adjacent to Forster Golf Club, this reserve offers access to North One Mile Beach. There is a constructed boardwalk offering tranquil walk through the Littoral Rainforest of North One Mile.

Crowdy Head Beach

This is a well protected beach, excellent for families. Surf lifesaving patrols operate during the summer months. The 4WD beach access is located on the dirt road behind the surf club.

Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach, DIAMOND BEACH 2430

Diamond Beach is also known as Back Saltwater, or just Back Beach by the locals, and runs for 5.5 km to the south-southwest curving round to trend due south at the southern end. The beach can be accessed from the Saltwater National Park in the north and from the Diamond Beach village in the south. There are no lifeguards at this beach.

Elizabeth Beach

Elizabeth Beach is located at Pacific Palms, approximately 20 km south of Forster, within Booti Booti National Park. The beach faces north-east and is 600 metres in length.

Forster Main Beach

Located on North Street, Forster and forming part of the central CBD. 563 metres from Forster Breakwall to Forster Ocean Baths. Home to the Forster Surf Life Saving Club.

Harrington Beach

A quiet beach between 2 villages for relaxing strolls and fishing opportunities. Includes a breakwall and a lagoon which is a safe swimming spot. 4WD beach access to Crowdy Head.

Jimmys Beach (Coorilla Street)

Located on Coorilla Street, it is a very popular spot for that early morning walk, fish or surf. Many people also book this area for small wedding ceremonies.

Manning Point Beach

This beach heads south west, initially as a low sandy 2.5km long spit, then as a steep, narrow beach for a total of 10km to the southern mouth of the river, called Farquhar Inlet.

Number One Beach Reserve

Located in Seal Rocks opposite the Holiday Park, this beach is truly majestic. The beach entrance has public toilets and a grey water dump point. The beach is unpatrolled with no life saving services.

Old Bar Beach

The beach is patrolled on weekends through the warmer months and seven days a week through the Christmas school holidays. Old Bar Beach is popular for surfers and swimming.

One Mile Beach

One Mile Beach runs south-south-east from Bennetts Head for 1.3km to a prominent southern headland. It is also home to Cape Hawke Surf Club.

Pebbly Beach Park (Bicentennial Park)

Part of the Forster Tuncurry foreshore walk, the beautiful Pebbly beach reserve has picnic shelters, tables and toilets. Stunning views and the Outdoor Learning Centre make this a popular venue.

Rockpool Reserve Tuncurry

One of Tuncurry's major attractions. A stunning swimming enclosure, playground and reserve.

Warning : The Tuncurry rockpool net has come away from the wall at one end. The net is still in place but during the incoming tide a gap is created at the top of the net where it has come away from its anchor point. A specialised team will repair the net on Monday 9 December.

Sandbar Beach / Cellito Beach

Located in Pacific Palms, Celito Beach is great for private functions, weddings.

Tuncurry Nine Mile Beach

The main access is located at the end of Beach Street just before turning towards the Tuncurry Sports Club. An access point is also located at the breakwall. It is a very popular spot for dog walking, horse riding, fishing, surfing and has 4WD access. Nine Mile Beach extends up to Black Head Beach and Hallidays Point.
